"Tried on hearing aids yesterday and it was an exceptional experience. I was given all of the pros and cons on the hearing aids that I selected. I was never rushed and did a hearing test with 4 different ones. I selected the Resound, it had the clearest sounds with lots of amenities. We downloaded the app and I was shown how each feature worked and then I was given a demo to try for a few day to see if it works for me. Audiology & Hearing is definitely a 5 star organization, you can't go wrong with using them."

"I had to make an urgent appointment this morning, as my hearing aid was failing. Catie was great, and we discussed likely problems, and as I'd thought, it was time to get a new hearing aid. We talked about new features, and since I liked my Phonak hearing aid so much, she helped me pick out the one that I'd enjoy the most. I got a loaner hearing aid with no trouble, and it was quickly paired to the app. I couldn't be more pleased with this morning's appointment! I can't wait for my new hearing aid to arrive!"

"I met Dr. Pastore at a health fair and it was apparent how passionate she is about her work. So much so that I drove more than an hour because I wanted to be seen by her personally. "Dr. Pastore knows her stuff!! I recently switched to her office after using another audiologist for 5+ years. During that time, I had visited the Audiology & Hearing Aid Center several times to get repairs/parts that my previous audiologist didn't have on hand. Each time was impressed by the knowledge she had of ALL aspects of hearing aids, including future improvements in the works. After the last time Dr. P. fixed my appliance on the spot, I decided to use her practice full time. I had my first full appointment with her last week. When my annual hearing test showed no change, she diagnosed my hearing problem as dead microphones in my appliance. I was pleasantly surprised when she offered to rent me a pair for two weeks while mine are being repaired at the manufacturer. Also, kudos to her welcoming and helpful office staff!. (Full disclosure: They paid me with a free peppermint patty.)"

"I was greeted on time and shown to the quiet room for a audiogram by Dr. Pastor. She explained the test and asked if I had any questions. I said no, and she began that test.
